September 5, 2025— SJLCD is now CCI!
We are excited to announce that St. Jude League Community Development is now Claretian Community Impact.
This new name reflects both who we are and what we do: creating meaningful impact in high-need communities through Claretian-led programs in dozens of communities across the United States, Canada and in 72 countries worldwide.
Why the change? As this social justice and human issues focused ministry has grown over the past eleven years, it became clear that our former name didn’t fully capture the breadth of our mission. As a ministry of the Claretian founded St. Jude League, our work has been dedicated to supporting the issues unique to the communities where Claretians serve; community development, social justice, human dignity and growth. Our new name highlights our commitment to having IMPACT—the positive and lasting change we strive to make alongside our partners and supporters.
What hasn’t changed is our mission. In fact, as we’re experiencing profound response to our mission. The public is demonstrating that the Claretian mission is the solution to so many challenging issues facing more than 850,000 people served by Claretians in communities near and far. Claretian Community Impact is ready as ever to stand with communities facing economic and social disparity, food insecurity, lack of access to education and healthcare, and the challenges of forced migration and displacement. With your help and engagement, we will keep working to create opportunities, foster justice, and bring hope where it’s needed most.
We are deeply grateful for your continued support. With you by our side, we can carry forward this mission under our new name and continue making a difference together.
